Position Summary

North Creek Nurseries, Inc., located in Landenberg, PA, is seeking several Greenhouse Workers at its Landenberg location. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment working with our Production team.  A strong work ethic and positive attitude are a must. Essential Duties/Responsibilities

	Sort and grade tissue culture, divisions and plugs to proper specifications
	Trim plants according to propagation specifications
	Take cuttings according to propagation specifications in correct amounts
	Stick cuttings according to proper specifications
	Consolidate and grade finished product
	Perform additional duties as required

Knowledge / Skills Required

	Ability to count accurately
	Ability to read labels and keep plants straight
	Ability to learn Latin plant names
	Ability to lift 25 lbs.
	Is able to work in all weather conditions
