Position Summary

North Creek Nurseries, Inc., located in Landenberg, PA, is seeking a Picker for its Oxford location. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment grading, trimming and consolidating finished product. A strong work ethic and positive attitude are a must. Essential Duties/Responsibilities

	Sort and grade finished product to proper specifications
	Trim, clean and consolidate plants according to quality specifications
	Collect requested flats required for shipping and set aside leftovers in the return area
	Perform additional duties as required

Knowledge / Skills Required

	Ability to lift 25 lbs.
	Ability to count accurately
	Ability to read labels and keep plants straight
	Ability to learn Latin plant names
