Position Summary

North Creek Nurseries, Inc., located in Landenberg, PA, is seeking several Shipping Material Handlers for its Oxford location. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment grading and consolidating finished product.  A strong work ethic and positive attitude are a must. Essential Duties/Responsibilities

	Grade and consolidate finished product
	Operate the shipping line
	Trim plants according to propagation specifications
	Set down plants in greenhouse
	Remove plants from greenhouse
	Maintain proper level of materials and supplies
	Perform routine maintenance on shipping equipment
	Perform additional duties as required

Knowledge / Skills Required

	Ability to lift 50 lbs.
	Ability to count accurately
	Ability to read labels and keep plants straight
	Ability to learn Latin plant names
	Is able to work in all weather conditions at tasks that are sometimes physically demanding
