Position Summary
The Research and Development Gardener will be responsible for the supervision of work in all phases of maintaining the trial beds and new plant collection. She/he will perform various operational and supervisory functions to ensure the effective operation of the Research and Development Department at North Creek Nurseries by ensuring that prescribed schedules, policies and procedures are followed.
