North Creek Trucks

We offer delivery on our small fleet of trucks as a shipping option to customers within 600 miles of our World Headquarters. We are constantly looking to build loads with larger orders to keep our drivers on the road. If one of your orders meets our 35 flat minimum, we may contact you to see if you are interested having us drop by for a visit. There is a $2.50 per flat charge within 150 miles and a $3.50 per flat between 150-300 miles, and $4.50 between 300-600 miles. Please contact Customer Service if delivery on our trucks interests you.

Pallet Shipments via FedEx Express Freight and LTL

As few as 6 boxes (16-18 flats) can arrive at your door within 3 days at a lower cost and because the boxes are secured to a pallet they don't experience the jostling individual boxes receive. As an incentive to use this method, handling fees are $3.50 per box for pallet shipping. Pickup at the terminal is available if you do not have large truck access; please be sure to specify this option when ordering. In addition, we now offer FedEx LTL shipping, which in certain areas is less expensive option than Express Freight. If your order meets our pallet minimum and you'd like to explore these options, please call our customer service team for more information.

UPS/FEDEX

We also offer shipping individual boxes via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and FedEx Express. Actual shipping charges plus a $4.50 box charge will be applied to your order.

Boxing

Flats are encased in a netting material to keep the plugs from dislodging in transit, and then packed two or three per box. The following are general guidelines, but in some seasons we may only be able to fit 2 flats per case to avoid damaging the plants.
3 flats/case 72's, 50's, 32's
2 flats/case 38's, 18's, some 32's

Canada and other Destinations Requiring Phytosanitary Certification

All plants are grown in a soil-free potting mix and can be transported across state and national borders. AZ, CA, ID, MT, NE, OR, UT, WA, and international destinations require a Phytosanitary Certificate. Orders must be placed 3 weeks in advance to allow for inspection and required treatment. Other treatment or documentation fees may apply based on state and international regulations. Call our office for details on your location. We send shipments to Canada regularly via FedEx International Priority for smaller orders (below 16 flats) and LTL for larger orders (16 and up). We will happily work with your contracted carrier if you would like to pick up your order from our Bluestem Growers facility in Oxford, PA 19363.
